Welcome to Ontime Conveyance. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of shipping containers, modified containers, storage containers, accessories, delivery services, and other products or services offered by Ontime Conveyance.

Throughout these Terms, “Ontime Conveyance,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Ontime Conveyance. “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to any person or entity accessing our website, requesting a quotation, placing an order, or purchasing products or services from us.

By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the applicable policies referenced below.

Product availability varies and may change over time. Not every product type, size, condition, or configuration is available at all times. Customers should review the applicable product listing or request a written quotation to confirm availability and details.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding transaction.

If you purchase on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to enter into the transaction on its behalf.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when submitting inquiries, requesting quotations, or placing orders.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, photographs, pricing, availability, and other relevant information.

Depending on the product, a listing may include:

  • Product name and type
  • Condition and grade
  • Dimensions and technical specifications
  • Configuration and access arrangements
  • Materials and construction details
  • Equipment or components included
  • Photographs
  • Price and availability
  • Shipping and delivery information

Customers should review the complete product listing before submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, or placing an order.

Unless expressly stated in the applicable listing, quotation, or written agreement, customers should not assume that optional accessories, additional equipment, installation, utility connections, modifications, or other services are included in the purchase price.

Where an important specification is unclear, please contact us before purchasing.

4. New and Used Containers

The condition of a container is based on the condition or grade stated in the applicable product listing, quotation, or order.

New or One-Trip containers may have minor cosmetic characteristics resulting from manufacturing, handling, transportation, or their initial journey.

Used containers have previously been in service and may show signs of use, including:

  • Dents or scratches
  • Paint fading or colour variations
  • Surface rust or corrosion
  • Previous markings
  • Patches or repairs
  • Floor wear
  • Other cosmetic imperfections

The extent of wear may vary between individual units. These characteristics do not necessarily constitute defects where they are consistent with the container’s advertised condition or grade.

Refurbished products, where offered, may have undergone refurbishment or repairs. Customers should review the individual listing for the condition and work expressly described.

Condition descriptions do not remove the obligation to supply a product consistent with the agreed description and applicable law.

5. Product Photographs and Variations

Photographs displayed on our website may show the actual product or a representative product, depending on the listing.

Where a photograph is representative rather than an image of the exact unit being supplied, customers should review the written product description and specifications for the product being offered.

Individual containers may differ in appearance, colour, markings, cosmetic wear, previous repairs, or other visual characteristics.

Photographs should be considered together with the written product information and the details confirmed for the particular order.

6. Container Dimensions and Technical Specifications

Container dimensions, weights, capacities, configurations, and other technical specifications are provided according to the information available for the relevant product. Some dimensions may be approximate or based on standard industry specifications.

Actual measurements may vary depending on the manufacturer, container age, design, configuration, or modifications.

Specifications for one product do not automatically apply to another product, even where the products have similar names or dimensions.

Customers requiring exact measurements, load ratings, capacities, or technical features for a particular project should confirm the applicable information with Ontime Conveyance before purchasing or beginning modification work.

No load capacity, certification, regulatory approval, or specialized capability should be assumed unless it is stated in the applicable product information or confirmed in writing.

7. Specialized and Modified Containers

Certain products may have specialized configurations or modifications, including:

  • Open-top or platform configurations
  • Flat rack containers
  • Multiple access doors
  • Roller-shutter doors
  • Ventilation features
  • Refrigeration or insulation equipment
  • Windows and personnel doors
  • Electrical installations or lighting
  • Plumbing or HVAC systems
  • Flooring, shelving, or partitions
  • Office, workshop, or storage conversions
  • Other structural or cosmetic modifications

The features, equipment, materials, and capabilities included depend on the individual product and the details stated in its listing, quotation, or written agreement.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving applicable specifications before custom work begins. Changes requested after modification work has started may result in additional charges or completion time and may not always be possible.

Customers must verify the applicable specifications and ensure that handling, lifting, installation, transportation, and intended use are carried out with suitable equipment and in accordance with applicable requirements.

8. Pricing, Taxes, and Additional Charges

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD), unless otherwise indicated.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing information. Customers should review the applicable price and any disclosed shipping charges, taxes, or other costs before completing checkout.

Prices may change for future purchases without prior notice. A price change will not ordinarily alter an order already accepted at an agreed price, except where correction is required because of an obvious error or applicable law.

If we identify a material pricing error before an order is fulfilled, we may contact the customer to explain the issue and discuss the available options. If we cancel an affected paid order, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

The standard delivery charge is $500 per order. Additional delivery charges are not automatically applied. If an additional charge may be necessary, Ontime Conveyance will explain the reason and amount and obtain the customer’s agreement before applying the charge or proceeding with the affected delivery arrangement.

Shipping charges and any agreed additional delivery costs are handled in accordance with the information presented during checkout, the applicable order terms, and our Shipping Policy.

9. Payment

Ontime Conveyance accepts the payment methods made available through our online checkout.

The payment methods available for a particular transaction are displayed during checkout and may depend on the payment provider and transaction circumstances.

Payments may be subject to authorization, verification, fraud screening, or other procedures carried out by the applicable payment provider.

We may request additional information or verification where reasonably necessary to verify a transaction or protect against unauthorized activity.

An order may be delayed, held, or cancelled if payment is declined, cannot be verified, or is reasonably suspected to be unauthorized.

For additional information about accepted payment methods and payment processing, please refer to our Payment Policy.

10. Product Inquiries and Quotations

Customers may submit inquiries about product specifications, condition, availability, configuration, pricing, delivery, or other product-related matters.

Where quotations are available, customers may request a quotation by providing the information reasonably needed to assess the request.

A quotation may depend on product availability, product configuration, delivery location, transportation arrangements, access requirements, and other relevant circumstances.

A quotation is not an order confirmation unless expressly stated otherwise. Any validity period, delivery charge, product specification, or other condition stated in a quotation will apply according to the quotation’s terms.

Some containers are offered in configurations that have already been modified, while others may require additional modifications based on a customer’s specific requirements. Where a customer requests specific modifications or custom configurations, the applicable scope of work, price, and relevant terms should be confirmed before the order proceeds.

Return eligibility for customer-specific modifications may differ from that of other products, as explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Any applicable return restrictions will be communicated before the customer confirms the order, subject to applicable law.

Submitting an inquiry or requesting a quotation does not, by itself, create an obligation for Ontime Conveyance to supply a product.

11. Order Acceptance and Confirmation

Where a product is available for direct purchase through the website, customers may place an order through the applicable purchasing process.

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of that order. We may review an order for matters such as:

  • Product availability
  • Pricing accuracy
  • Payment authorization
  • Customer and delivery information
  • Delivery feasibility
  • Custom modification requirements
  • Transaction verification
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

We may contact the customer if additional information is reasonably required to complete an order.

After placing an order, the customer may receive an electronic order confirmation. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order information and promptly notifying us of material errors.

An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the product has been dispatched.

If an order cannot be fulfilled as agreed, we will communicate the available options and handle any cancellation or refund in accordance with the applicable policy and law. We will not treat a materially different product as an agreed substitute without the customer’s agreement.

12. Shipping and Handling

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which should be read together with these Terms and Conditions.

The standard shipping and delivery information for our website is:

  • Order processing and handling: Approximately 1–3 business days
  • Estimated transit after dispatch: Approximately 1–5 business days
  • Estimated total delivery timeframe: Approximately 2–8 business days
  • Standard delivery charge: $500 per order

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery timing may vary depending on product availability, transportation arrangements, delivery location, carrier scheduling, weather, access conditions, or other relevant circumstances.

Customized containers may require additional production or modification time before dispatch.

The standard delivery charge applies unless an additional delivery charge is required for a specific order. Additional charges are not automatically applied. Depending on the delivery location and circumstances, additional costs may arise from difficult site access, specialized transportation, crane or lifting requirements, waiting time, road restrictions, failed delivery attempts, or changes to delivery arrangements.

If an additional delivery charge may apply, Ontime Conveyance will explain the reason and amount and obtain the customer’s agreement before applying the charge or proceeding with the affected delivery arrangement.

For full details about possible additional charges, delivery requirements, and shipping arrangements, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

13. Delivery Requirements and Site Preparation

Shipping containers are oversized and heavy products that may require specialized transportation, suitable unloading arrangements, sufficient clearance, and an appropriate placement area.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and disclosing known access restrictions before delivery is arranged.

Depending on the product and delivery method, customers should consider:

  • Road and driveway access
  • Gate width and turning space
  • Overhead and side clearance
  • Trees, buildings, fences, and utility lines
  • Ground conditions and placement-area stability
  • Available unloading space
  • Delivery-equipment requirements
  • Required site permissions or approvals

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the customer is responsible for preparing the delivery site before the container arrives. The intended placement area should be reasonably level, stable, accessible, and suitable for the intended delivery.

Customers should not assume that crane services, installation, foundations, utility connections, or specialized positioning services are included unless expressly stated in the applicable listing, quotation, or order.

If delivery cannot be completed safely because of unsuitable access, site conditions, or inaccurate information, delivery may need to be postponed or rearranged.

Where additional costs are proposed because of customer-requested changes, inaccurate delivery information, or customer-attributable access issues, those costs will be communicated and agreed upon before being incurred, subject to applicable law and the Shipping Policy.

14. Failed Deliveries and Delivery Delays

If delivery cannot be completed because of inaccurate information, inadequate access, unsuitable site conditions, undisclosed restrictions, or another circumstance attributable to the customer, additional transportation, storage, redelivery, or handling costs may apply where permitted by law and under the applicable policy.

Delivery delays can also occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Traffic disruptions or road closures
  • Carrier availability or scheduling
  • Mechanical breakdowns
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Emergencies or infrastructure disruptions

When we become aware of a material delay, we will make reasonable efforts to provide updated information.

15. Delivery Inspection

Customers should inspect the container as soon as reasonably practical after delivery.

If the wrong product is delivered, significant transportation damage is suspected, or another material discrepancy is identified, customers should document the issue with photographs or video where possible and contact Ontime Conveyance promptly.

Reports can be sent to sales@ontimeconveyance.com with the relevant order details and supporting information.

We will review the reported issue under the applicable order terms, Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and applicable law.

Prompt notification helps us investigate and coordinate a resolution. It does not remove rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

16. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to the requirements, exclusions, and procedures set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Before returning a product, customers should review that policy to understand:

  • Which products are eligible for return.
  • The applicable return period and conditions.
  • How to request or authorize a return.
  • The condition and packaging requirements, if any.
  • Responsibility for return shipping or other costs.
  • How returned products are received and reviewed.
  • The applicable refund procedure and timing.

Customers must contact Ontime Conveyance before arranging a return. Because shipping containers require specialized transportation, return arrangements must be coordinated in advance. Customers should follow the return instructions provided by Ontime Conveyance rather than assuming that a return will be accepted automatically. Customers should not independently transport or send a container to an Ontime Conveyance location without receiving appropriate return instructions.

Return eligibility may depend on the product, its condition, the reason for return, the timing of the request, and the applicable policy.

Approved refunds are processed according to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Under the current stated procedure, eligible refunds are generally processed within 10 business days after the returned product has been received, reviewed, and approved.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method unless another method is necessary or agreed upon. The time required for funds to appear in a customer’s account may depend on the original payment method and the relevant bank or payment provider.

Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy is intended to exclude or limit a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Custom Product Returns

Customized or substantially modified containers may have different return eligibility where permitted by applicable law because they may have been produced or modified according to customer-approved specifications.

Customers should carefully review the specifications, dimensions, layouts, materials, accessories, and other requirements before approving custom work.

This section does not eliminate rights or remedies that may apply where a product is defective, materially misdescribed, or materially fails to conform to agreed specifications.

18. Order Cancellations

Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact Ontime Conveyance as soon as possible.

Cancellation may become more difficult after a container has been allocated to an order, transportation has been scheduled, a container has been dispatched, custom materials have been purchased, or modification work has begun.

Any applicable cancellation costs or restrictions will be handled in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable law.

19. Ownership and Risk

Ownership and risk associated with purchased products will transfer according to the applicable transaction, delivery arrangement, and requirements of law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact, billing, order, and delivery information
  • Reviewing the applicable product description and specifications
  • Confirming critical dimensions, configurations, and technical details before purchase
  • Disclosing known delivery-site access restrictions
  • Ensuring that the delivery location is suitable for the agreed delivery arrangement
  • Obtaining permits or approvals that are their responsibility
  • Using products appropriately and following applicable safety requirements
  • Verifying requirements for specialized, regulated, or hazardous applications
  • Reviewing the applicable shipping, returns, refunds, and payment policies

Where a product involves specialized equipment, construction, electrical work, plumbing, installation, or a regulated application, customers should obtain appropriate professional advice when necessary.

These responsibilities do not transfer to customers any obligation that applicable law places on Ontime Conveyance.

21. Permits and Intended Use

Depending on the intended use and location of a shipping container, local authorities may impose zoning, building, planning, electrical, plumbing, structural, environmental, homeowners’ association, or other requirements.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, customers are responsible for determining what permits, approvals, inspections, or other authorizations are required for the placement or intended use of a container.

Customers should consult the appropriate local authorities or qualified professionals where necessary.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring that purchased products are suitable for their intended use. A standard shipping or storage container should not automatically be assumed to satisfy requirements applicable to permanent residential, commercial, industrial, or other regulated structures.

Any required structural, electrical, plumbing, fire-safety, accessibility, or building-code compliance should be determined based on the intended project and applicable local requirements.

22. Website Use and Prohibited Activities

You may use our website for lawful purposes related to browsing, obtaining information, requesting quotations, contacting Ontime Conveyance, or purchasing our products and services.

You must not use our website to:

  • Commit fraud or submit knowingly false information
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or accounts

  • Interfere with website security or normal operation
  • Misuse another person’s payment information
  • Reproduce or commercially use protected website content without authorization
  • Engage in unlawful activity
  • Manipulate or abuse our checkout, return, or payment systems

We may take reasonable steps to protect our website, customers, and business against misuse, fraud, or security threats, subject to applicable law.

23. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content owned by or used with permission by Ontime Conveyance—including text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, branding, and other materials—is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit protected website content without appropriate authorization, except where permitted by law.

Third-party names, marks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

24. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services for payment processing, website hosting, analytics, communications, transportation, or other business functions.

Those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. Transportation and delivery arrangements may also be affected by carrier scheduling, road conditions, weather, and other operational circumstances.

Ontime Conveyance remains responsible for its own obligations under the applicable order terms and law. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

25. Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain our website but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, hosting issues, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

26. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, Ontime Conveyance is not responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances beyond its reasonable control or for losses caused by a customer’s misuse of a product, failure to follow applicable instructions, or failure to provide accurate information.

Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not remove statutory rights, express contractual obligations, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

27. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful misuse of our website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

This provision does not require a customer to indemnify Ontime Conveyance for matters for which Ontime Conveyance is legally responsible.

28. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Personal information submitted through the website, including information supplied during inquiries, quotation requests, orders, payments, delivery arrangements, or customer service communications, is handled in accordance with that policy and applicable privacy requirements.

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how personal information is collected, used, retained, and handled.

29. Related Policies

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with the applicable policies published on our website, including:

  • Shipping Policy
  • Returns and Refunds Policy
  • Payment Policy
  • Privacy Policy

Product-specific information, written quotations, and order confirmations should also be reviewed where they contain terms relevant to a particular transaction.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific written agreement for an order, the conflict will be addressed according to the agreement and applicable law.

30. Changes to These Terms

Ontime Conveyance may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes to our products, website, services, business operations, or applicable requirements.

Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Changes apply as permitted by applicable law and do not automatically override rights or contractual terms that already apply to an existing order.

31. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

32. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not necessarily constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.

33. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with applicable order details, quotations, and policies incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing the applicable transaction, except where Ontime Conveyance and the customer have entered into a separate written agreement that expressly provides otherwise.

34. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the applicable laws of the State of Florida and the United States, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to a particular transaction.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
