Shipping Policy
Last Updated: September 24, 2026
This Shipping Policy explains how Ontime Conveyance processes orders, arranges delivery, communicates shipping costs, and provides estimated delivery times for products purchased through our website.
1. Order Processing and Handling
Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after the order has been received and payment has been successfully confirmed.
Processing and handling may include:
- Reviewing order and payment information
- Confirming product availability with the applicable supplier
- Preparing or arranging the product for shipment
- Arranging transportation
- Coordinating delivery with the applicable carrier or transportation provider
Business days generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays.
The handling period ends when the order is released to the carrier or transportation provider for shipment.
2. Shipping and Transit Time
After an order has been dispatched, the estimated transit time is 1–5 business days.
Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is:
| Shipping stage | Estimated time |
|---|---|
| Order processing and handling | 1–3 business days |
| Transit after dispatch | 1–5 business days |
| Estimated total delivery time | 2–8 business days |
The 2–8 business-day timeframe is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery time may vary depending on product availability, supplier arrangements, delivery location, carrier scheduling, transportation conditions, road restrictions, weather, site access, and other circumstances affecting delivery.
Products requiring customization or modification may need additional preparation time before dispatch. Where applicable, any additional expected preparation time should be communicated to the customer before the order is completed.
3. Standard Shipping and Delivery Charges
A standard delivery charge of $500 per order applies to orders under our standard delivery arrangements.
The applicable standard delivery charge is displayed or identified during the purchasing and checkout process before the order is completed.
Additional Delivery Charges
Additional delivery charges are not automatically added to every order. The standard $500 delivery charge remains applicable when no additional delivery arrangement or charge is required.
Depending on the product, delivery destination, site conditions, and transportation requirements, additional charges may be necessary in circumstances such as:
- Delivery to unusually distant or difficult-to-reach locations
- Restricted access to the delivery site or route
- Special transportation or handling requirements
- The need for a crane, lifting equipment, or other specialized unloading arrangements
- Additional waiting time caused by site conditions or customer-related delays
- Redelivery or rescheduling following a failed delivery attributable to the customer’s circumstances
- Changes to the delivery address or requested delivery arrangements after an order has been placed
- Road restrictions, route limitations, or other site-specific transportation requirements
- Other exceptional delivery requirements that fall outside the agreed standard delivery arrangements
These are examples of circumstances that may require additional arrangements; they do not mean an additional charge will automatically apply.
If an additional delivery charge may be necessary, Ontime Conveyance will contact the customer by phone or email before shipping and before applying or incurring the proposed additional charge. We will explain the reason for the charge, the additional amount, and the relevant delivery arrangement.
The customer must agree to the additional charge before Ontime Conveyance proceeds with the additional charge or the affected delivery arrangement. If the customer does not agree, we will discuss the available options with the customer before proceeding. Any cancellation, refund, or other applicable outcome will be handled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, Returns and Refunds Policy, and applicable law.
If no additional delivery charge is required, the standard $500 delivery charge per order remains applicable.
4. Delivery Access Requirements
Shipping containers and other large products require suitable access for the delivery vehicle and unloading process.
Customers are responsible for checking that the designated delivery location is reasonably suitable for the product and proposed delivery arrangements.
Before delivery, customers should ensure that:
- Sufficient space is available for the delivery vehicle and container
- The access route is suitable for the delivery vehicle
- Roads, driveways, entrances, and gates provide adequate clearance
- The intended placement area is reasonably level and stable for the intended placement
- The delivery area is free from obstacles that could interfere with delivery or unloading
- Any permissions or approvals required for delivery or placement have been obtained
If the designated delivery location cannot reasonably be accessed, delivery may need to be delayed, rescheduled, or rearranged. If this requires additional costs beyond the agreed delivery arrangements, we will communicate the proposed costs and obtain the customer’s agreement before applying the additional charge or proceeding with the affected arrangement.
5. Delivery Scheduling
Where applicable, Ontime Conveyance or the carrier or transportation provider may contact the customer using the contact information provided with the order to coordinate delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete:
- Name
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Delivery address
- Other information reasonably required to arrange delivery
Customers should notify us as soon as possible if their delivery information changes after an order has been placed.
6. Delivery Delays
The estimated delivery timeframe of 2–8 business days is not guaranteed.
Delivery may take longer because of circumstances such as:
- Carrier or supplier scheduling
- Severe weather
- Road closures or transportation disruptions
- Vehicle or equipment problems
- Access problems at the delivery location
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Product availability issues
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control
If we become aware that an order is expected to be materially delayed beyond the applicable estimated timeframe, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the customer with updated delivery information.
If an order cannot be fulfilled within the applicable stated timeframe, we will address the situation in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.
If incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer causes a failed delivery, delay, redirection, or additional transportation requirement, additional costs may arise.
Where an additional charge is proposed, Ontime Conveyance will explain the reason and amount to the customer and obtain agreement before applying the charge or proceeding with the additional delivery arrangement.
Customers should contact Ontime Conveyance as soon as possible if they identify an error in their delivery information.
8. Delivery Access Problems and Changes
If the carrier or transportation provider determines that the designated delivery location cannot reasonably be accessed because of insufficient clearance, unsuitable access conditions, obstacles, or other site limitations, delivery may need to be rescheduled or alternative arrangements may be required.
Customers are responsible for checking that the delivery location and access route are suitable for the product and delivery vehicle.
If a customer requests a change to the delivery location or delivery arrangements after an order has been placed, any proposed additional cost will be communicated to the customer before the additional charge is applied or the affected arrangement proceeds. The customer must agree to the additional charge before Ontime Conveyance proceeds with it.
9. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect the product upon delivery whenever reasonably possible.
If a customer believes that:
- The wrong product was delivered; or
- The product sustained significant damage during transportation,
the customer should contact Ontime Conveyance promptly and provide the order information and, where possible, photographs or other relevant documentation.
We will review reported delivery issues based on the information provided, the circumstances of the order, our applicable policies, and applicable law.
For information about return eligibility, return procedures, return transportation costs, and refunds, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
10. Product-Specific Delivery Requirements
Some products may have delivery requirements that differ from standard arrangements because of their size, configuration, equipment, customization, or other characteristics.
Where specific delivery requirements are relevant to an order, customers should review the applicable product information before completing the purchase.
Customers are responsible for checking that the proposed delivery location is suitable for the specific product ordered. If additional delivery arrangements or charges are necessary, the process described in Section 3 applies.
11. Returns and Refunds
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Customers who wish to return a product should contact Ontime Conveyance before arranging return transportation. Shipping containers and related products may require specific transportation arrangements, and customers should obtain the applicable return instructions before arranging a return.
Return eligibility, return transportation costs, refund processing, and other applicable requirements are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy overrides any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
