Payment Policy

Last Updated: October 14, 2026

At Ontime Conveyance, we provide an online checkout for purchasing shipping containers and related products. This Payment Policy explains the payment methods available, how payments are handled, and what customers can expect when paying for an order.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Ontime Conveyance accepts payment by direct bank transfer and, where available at checkout, the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Direct bank transfer

The payment options provided during the ordering process are the options available for your order.

Customers who select direct bank transfer must follow the payment instructions provided during the ordering process or through an authorized communication from Ontime Conveyance. Please use the payment reference or order number provided, where applicable, to help us identify your payment.

For bank transfers, an order is not considered paid until the funds have been received and confirmed by Ontime Conveyance. For card and PayPal payments, payment is subject to successful processing and confirmation by the applicable payment provider.

2. Payment Authorization and Confirmation

For online card and PayPal payments, the payment provider or financial institution may need to authorize or verify the transaction before payment can be completed.

An order confirmation means we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that payment has been received or confirmed, or that the order has been dispatched.

Orders remain subject to payment confirmation and our order-processing procedures.

For direct bank transfers, payment confirmation depends on the funds being received and verified by Ontime Conveyance.

3. Payment Verification

We may conduct reasonable order and payment verification before dispatch when necessary to help identify unauthorized transactions or resolve inconsistencies in order information.

Bank transfers may take time to appear in the recipient’s account, depending on the banks and transfer method involved. Customers should retain their transfer confirmation for reference. A transfer receipt or screenshot alone does not constitute confirmation that payment has been received.

If additional information is needed to identify or verify a payment, we may contact you using the contact details provided with your order.

We will not ask you to send payment passwords, PINs, online banking login details, or card security codes through ordinary email communications.

4. When Payment Is Required

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, payment is required to complete a purchase.

An order may remain pending and will not be prepared for shipment until the required payment has been received and confirmed by Ontime Conveyance.

Customers will be contacted if additional information is reasonably required to identify or verify a payment.

5. Order Confirmation

After an order is submitted, customers may receive an order confirmation by email or through the website.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean that payment has been received or confirmed, or that the order has shipped.

Where payment is pending, the order will be processed according to the payment confirmation procedures described in this policy.

If there is an issue with an order or payment, we may contact the customer using the email address or telephone number provided with the order.

6. Bank Transfer Processing

Customers are responsible for following the bank transfer instructions provided during the ordering process or through an authorized communication from Ontime Conveyance.

Transfer processing times may vary depending on the banks and transfer method involved. Customers should allow sufficient time for the payment to reach the recipient’s account.

If a transfer has been sent but is not reflected in the order status, please contact Ontime Conveyance with your order number and relevant transfer reference so that we can investigate.

Customers should verify any unexpected changes to payment instructions through the contact information published on our website before transferring funds.

7. Payment Security

Online payments are processed through the applicable payment provider or checkout system. The handling and protection of payment information are subject to the relevant provider’s terms, privacy policy, and security practices.

Customers should use only the payment instructions provided through the official website or verified communications from Ontime Conveyance.

For their protection, customers should not send passwords, online banking login details, PINs, complete card details, or other confidential payment credentials by email or other ordinary communication channels.

If you receive unexpected payment instructions or a request to transfer funds to different bank details, contact Ontime Conveyance through the contact information published on this website before proceeding.

8. Product Prices and Order Totals

Product prices and availability are displayed on the website, and the applicable order total is shown or communicated before the order is finalized.

Please review the product price, shipping charge, and any applicable taxes or agreed additional delivery costs before completing your purchase.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing information. If an obvious pricing or technical error is identified before an order is fulfilled, we may contact the customer to explain the issue and discuss the available options.

Any material price correction will be communicated before proceeding with the affected order. If an affected paid order is cancelled, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

9. Shipping Charges and Delivery Estimates

Ontime Conveyance charges a standard delivery fee of $500 per order, as described in our Shipping Policy.

The applicable standard delivery charge will be displayed or communicated during the ordering process before the order is finalized.

Additional delivery charges are not automatically applied. If additional charges may be necessary because of the delivery location, site access, specialized transportation, unloading requirements, or other delivery-related circumstances, Ontime Conveyance will explain the reason and amount and obtain the customer’s agreement before applying the additional charge or proceeding with the affected delivery arrangement.

Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 2–8 business days, consisting of:

  • Order processing and handling: Approximately 1–3 business days
  • Transit after dispatch: Approximately 1–5 business days
  • Estimated total delivery time: Approximately 2–8 business days

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery timing may vary depending on product availability, transportation arrangements, delivery location, carrier scheduling, access conditions, or other relevant circumstances. Customized containers may require additional production or modification time before dispatch.

For further information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

10. Taxes and Other Charges

Applicable sales tax or other legally required taxes may be calculated based on the order, product, delivery location, and relevant tax requirements.

Where applicable, taxes will be displayed at checkout or communicated before the transaction is finalized.

Your bank or payment provider may separately impose charges under its own terms. Such charges are outside Ontime Conveyance’s control.

11. Pending, Failed, or Delayed Payments

A bank transfer may be delayed, rejected, returned, or difficult to identify because of circumstances involving the sending bank, receiving bank, transfer details, or processing systems.

Card or PayPal payments may also fail or be declined because of authorization requirements, payment-provider restrictions, or other transaction-related issues.

If your payment has not been confirmed, please check with your bank or payment provider and contact Ontime Conveyance with your order number and relevant transaction reference.

An order may remain pending until the required payment has been received and verified. If an online payment is declined or cannot be authorized, you may need to use another payment method available for your order.

12. Order Verification

Ontime Conveyance may carry out reasonable checks to verify orders and payments and to help protect customers and the business against unauthorized transactions or fraud.

We may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify an order or identify a payment.

We may delay, decline, or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified or there are reasonable grounds to suspect unauthorized activity or fraud.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

13. Refunds and Payment Reversals

Refund eligibility is governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to the requirements, exclusions, and procedures set out in that policy.

Once an eligible returned product has been received, reviewed, and approved, the applicable refund will generally be processed within 10 business days after approval.

For orders paid by bank transfer, the refund arrangement will be confirmed with the customer. Additional information may be required to help ensure that the refund is sent to the appropriate recipient.

Where applicable, refunds for card or PayPal payments will generally be returned to the original payment method. The time required for refunded funds to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

For full details about return eligibility, return procedures, and refunds, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

14. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Ontime Conveyance as soon as possible.

Orders that have not yet been dispatched may be eligible for cancellation, subject to the applicable order terms and circumstances. Once an order has been dispatched, the request may need to be handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If payment has already been received, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, the agreed cancellation arrangements, and applicable law.

15. Payment Questions and Disputes

If you believe there is an error involving a payment or charge associated with an Ontime Conveyance order, please contact us promptly so that we can review the matter.

Please provide your name, order number, relevant transaction or transfer reference, and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, PINs, complete card details, or online banking login credentials.

This does not limit your right to raise a dispute with your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other relevant authority.

16. Changes to This Payment Policy

Ontime Conveyance may update this Payment Policy to reflect changes to our payment procedures, website, business practices, or applicable requirements.

Updates will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
